The breakfast was extremely poor—there wasn't even espresso, and there was no variety whatsoever, not even eggs. Given the price we paid, they could have at least made a bit of an effort. The rooms were cold; turning on the heating caused a smell of gas, while using an electric heater tripped the circuit breakers. The bathroom was incredibly inconvenient: the tap sprayed water outside the sink, soaking everything, and there was nowhere to hang a towel; the rooms lacked basic amenities. They really ought to give this some thought. The pool water was ice-cold. All in all, for such expensive rates, one would expect at least some basic comforts.

Comfortable hotel and outdoor areas nice to relax in.

Only Spanish speakers seemed to be able to get eggs other than scrambled at breakfast. No tea or coffee outside of breakfast (and no kettle in room to make our own).

Very clean, very comfortable, especially the bed and the shower. A lovely ambience at the swimming pool. Delicious and huge breakfast (at 4am).

The owner always seems to be in a bad mood, which makes communication difficult. There was only one employee who was fluent in English. Breakfast was limited at later times (7am) as it was on a first come first serve basis and finished food wasn't refilled (e.g. there are two avocados per breakfast).

Breakfast is served from 4am which is great when you have an early pick up. Rooms were really warm & cosy when the heating worked. Nice outdoor undercover seating area.

When we arrived, we rung the bell several times as the outer door was locked. Our driver also phoned the hotel but no answer. After waiting 5 minutes the owner got out of a car parked literally outside, and let us in. He'd even driven past us (unbeknownst to us he was the owner) while we were waiting, stared at us and still didn't let us in straight away. Room 108 - we didn't realise until too late and then there were no staff around to help with getting the heater to work and also there weren't any blankets on the beds so it was a very cold night (we did request blankets the next morning and got help with the heating). WiFi was patchy in the rooms. Breakfast was a bit basic, it consisted of cereal, toast, cake, cheese, salami and fruit.
