Pool and BBQ area. Close to the city centre only a 20 minute walk. Washing facilities are great. The staff were lovely and give us a little hamper box of treats as we were celebrating our honey moon

Spacious, comfortable, great location for both city centre and West End. Also plenty of transport options nearby. The staff were great. They attended to issues very quickly e.g. the TV wasn't working so they got a technician in the same day.
The cooking facilities were not great. The pots were stained and the frying pan was dirty. They were low quality and I spoke to the office staff about them stating that I couldn't use them in that condition. Using the frying pan would have resulted in bits of the coating in my food. I asked for a ceramic coated frying pan, but they said they couldn't provide that. However, they did bring me a brand new set of the same pots and frying pan. A good quality frying pan, or, even better, a small wok would have allowed for better cooking options.

Bed was comfortable. Location was great
Pillows were horrible. Bathroom was full of mold in grout which is easily removable if cleaned properly. Very dated and needs maintenance.
