The hotel was bright clean and modern

The food could have been a little better - breakfast was poor the omelette choices and quality of cooking

The Room was spacious. The Bar & Service of the bartender.

Front desk staff could be much more helpful. We even extended 2 more nights and expected better service but there were hiccups and false alarm that panic everyone and we had to give feedbacks.

Clean and spacious and counter and bar staff were great.

Breakfast did not run smoothly. Tables unset, coffee and tea not on demand. Coffee stand had not cups and saucers and coffee was cold.

Front door staff and a couple of the restaurant servers showed the kind of customer service you would expect . Others less so

Food is bland and tasteless. We were offered a ‘discounted’ 1400 INR (plus tax) per head for a woeful buffet dinner at North 27 restaurant Breakfast at 550 INR (plus taxes) slightly better. Next night struggled to sleep due to incessant loud music from corporate event. After complaining 3 times eventually duty manager acted. I’m sorry to say this hotel is not Hilton standard. Way overpriced for what’s on offer. Would suggest checking out competitors for better value and comfort

Everything about Double Tree by Hilton Agra was excellent. The staff at the breakfast buffet and dinner were extremely accomodating and helpful especially as we were travelling with my 80 year old Mum. We decided to eat breakfast lunch and dinner in the hotel as food was just perfect for us pure vegetarians.. Our room was kept tidy at all times by the house keeping staff.

Didn’t affect my rating and experience but a small suggestion to maybe offer guest the portable heater during checkin especially during winter season. We were told by house keeping that room had cooling only and very promptly provided as with a portable heater.

Rooms are big, and good looking

There was wedding happening in the hotel. And people were partying in corridor. Also in the room next to us some man was screaming every 2 minutes from 8 pm to 3 am in the morning, it was very scary and not possible to sleep. We called the reception many times, asking to deal with it. As well as complaint during check out. There was no help or excuses provided. Also we ordered room service, soup and ceasar salad. Food was tasteless. Just the worst I tried ever.

The building looks great when you arrive and you are welcomed with a nice cookie.

This is not a 5* hotel! When we arrived we were given a twin room. We pushed our beds together and soon realised that the room was filthy. Food under the beds, lots of dust and blood stains. We complained and the manager moved us to another room. We then went to the other room and that was also filthy. We then had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The hotel then had a wedding on. We chose this hotel as it was close to the Taj Mahal and we wanted to visit for sunrise. We were told that the music (very loud, sending vibrations through to the room) would end at 10pm. This did not happen. We requested ear plugs at 9pm and the hotel ignored this request. We rang reception 7 times between the hours of 9-11pm and finally we were moved to the other end of the hotel. This annoyed me more as why did they not do this at the beginning? Within 1 night we moved hotel rooms 3 times. Things got worse...we decided to attend the buffet lunch and we paid for this prior to visiting. I was expecting good quality food and plenty of variety as this is somehow rated as a 5* hotel. I have stayed at many 5* hotels around the world and this is by far the worst, I would rate this a 3* at best. We did eat some food at the buffet but it was very average, we could not eat the desserts as they were all stale. We were handed a feedback form before we left so we filled this in. Our response pointed out that it was average we scored the meal a 3/5 (a very generous score considering the poor food). The chef and the assistant manager then came to our table and start to question our feedback in a very aggressive manner. Firstly, this was very uncomfortable as many other guests then watched. I explained to the two members of staff that I thought the desserts were poor, the naan bread was undercooked and that food was cooked in excess which then made the dishes cold and soggy.

The exceptional hospitality of the staff overall but precisely Ajay Gupta, Esha (front desk), Sanchit and Jasleen. They would be an asset to any organization so this hotel is lucky to have them as staff. This was one of our best stays. Thanks folks, you made our stay in Agra worthwhile, keep up the good work, and we'll keep coming and recommending your premises to all our friends.

Loud (including construction noise at 8am, and a loud party downstairs), regularly amenities such as soap shampoo etc we’re not refilled in the room, I should not have to ask for this

Personal war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Zudem war die Größe des Zimmers auch gut.

Beim Abendessen im Restaurant ist uns zudem eine Kakerlake über den Weg gelaufen. Diese krabbelte über dem offenem Buffet an der Wand hoch. Sowas ist für ein 5-Sterne Hotel inakzeptabel und uns ist der Hunger vergangen. Des Weiteren war das Bügeleisen mit verbrannten Ablagerungen beschmiert, sodass wir ein Oberteil verbrannt haben.

Фен не работал. Грязный халат и старые застиранные полотенца. Чайник протекает. Минибар пустой. Старая мебель, мягкая мебель с пятнами. Старая пыль в углах. Посуда в ресторане не очень чистая. Персонал в баре не говорит по-английски. Общее впечатление - старый запущенный отель.

A bit crowded because of New Year's

Everything was just perfect, I like the hospitality and behavior of all the staff. Staff was doing their best effort to make the stay a pleasant one. I would like to specially name Mr Shailesh Gupta, Mr Shaikat and Mr. Abid for all the effort to put. Thanks a lot for making it a memorable stay.

Good Ambiance in lobby and breakfast variety.

Very poor room dining service, you order food in room, they deliver but with salt, pepper, ketchup etc, I asked for those, waiter said, he will bring but he never turned back & this happened with me not once but couple of times. Hair drier was not available in toilet, that I had to asked for then only got that. toiletries are also not like Hilton standard. Duty Manager a lady was there, guess she doesn't know how to smile, forget about getting assistance from her, not at all fit to hospitality industry.

Overall experience was terrific starting from interior and ambience was fabulous and the behaviour of staffs was so humble and polite

Everything went very well, including the organization of the excursions to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

The transportation from Agra to the New Delhi Hotel at the airport could have been better (an English speaking driver would have been more appropriate and useful).

El buffet del desayuno estaba bien y era variado.

El trato de los empleados era excaso y poca información., el buffet de la cena malo, no pueden ofrecer una pizza congelada en un hotel Hilton de cinco estrellas, eso es alucinante. La cama no era cómoda y el baño olía a heces por la bajante. Preguntamod por el spa y masaje y la persona encargada no tenia ni idea ni supo explicar nada.

The Location was good. The reception staff were helpful.

First of all we booked a non smoking room, but unfortunatelly we got a smoking room. We could chance the room, but this room was also not nice. They are getting old and need to be renovated. The breakfast had little choice and poor quality. The staff in the breakfast restaurant was not friendly and unmotivated.
