The host is a wonderful man with infectious enthusiasm (and ninja skills when it comes to one-handed mosquito swats 🤣). The single room was spotless with a surprisingly large terrace. Comfortable bed, clean private shower and toilet. Short walk from the main attractions and a shop closer still. Recommend and would love to return!

The cooling system was not included

Located not far from The Amfiteatr, a quiet area where you can rest well. Easy to reach everywhere within 8-15mins walk. Marino the owner is very nice and willing to assist in case if you need help.

clean rooms and showers, relatively quiet away from the hassle of the city centre; a lovely balcony with a view of olive trees (rooms with balconies face the garden); a very friendly owner ready to help anytime ; there’s a fridge and a coffee machine (you need coins to get a coffee there); the guesthouse is also a 15 min walk from the bus station and the same from the city centre. a bus stop of a bus 2a which is going to the beach is 5 minutes away. overall I enjoyed my stay very much and can recommend the guesthouse anytime

the guesthouse doesn’t offer breakfast and the restaurant are a bit of a walk away (not an issue if you are driving); there’s little sound insulation in between the room and the corridor (but it was quiet most of the time so it wasn’t a huge issue, but maybe for some other people it is)

Perfect little one stop location. Everything you need in one little room. I will stay again.

- location! - very close to the amphitheatre, port and city centre but in a very quiet neighbourhood - friendly host who explains everything about the rooms and facilities as well as Pula' attractions - small kitchen with coffee machine and fridge where you could store your food for breakfast - terrace with a view :)

- the wifi could be better - sometimes it just didn't work

This was really nice accommodation. Great Value for money. I would like to recommend this for everybody.

I have comments about the cleanliness of the bathroom. Long distance to the beach.

The owner wasn't helpful about reservation change we really needed. Very small rooms. Missing bed sheets. Lack of privacy. Noisy, location by the road. The charge was higher than on booking.com and I didn't receive any bill.

The position of the hotel is near to the city center

The owner try strongly to convince you to pay by cash and if you don't want try to cheat you. We chose to pay by card, we had to pay 120 euro that is 900,20 croatian kunas (you can check this on google), but he made another account with his calculator and he made us pay 942 kunas, that is 125,58 euro. We think he did it because he want to charge on customers the taxes for using the p.o.s. System. We saw on the review that he tried the same trick with anoter couple but in the end they force him to accept the right price in euro. It's not a problem to pay 5 euro more, but to be cheated during holidays is a very bad feeling. Nevertheless the position of the hotel is good, the cleaning level is not sufficient.

Good place for a 1-night stay, comfortable bed and private bathroom, host was happy to wait for me when I got delayed - thank you!

Air conditioning paid extra. Check out at 10am. Location not central. Small room with minimal furniture. Would expect the price to reflect all these, it didn't for me. But this was in the middle of the holiday season and Pula can be expensive!
