This apartment was in the perfect location to enjoy the beauty and vitality of Paris. The two levels were perfect for socializing upstairs and for recharging in the lower level bedrooms. It had everything a group could need.

You needed to watch your step on the spiral staircases.

Good location, very central, river view. Spacious for group. The windows were amazing at blocking any traffic noise. AC worked very well. The Liberte bakery a couple of blocks away was a highlight.

Having traveled to Paris at least a half-dozen times, this apartment is by far the most spacious apartment you can find. It has just about every amenity you would need -- 3 large bedrooms, full kitchen, huge dining table, clothes washer + drying rack, 3 bathrooms (2 of which are in-suite). Living and bedroom areas are very large giving you lots of space to spread out. The living room couch is also a hide-a-bed if you needed extra sleeping space. This space and view of the Seine is exceptional! Great for families or 3 couples traveling together. Beds were very comfortable too! The location is right in the middle of everything, just a couple min walk to the Saint Michele Metro/RER station. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. Nicolas was easy to get in touch with before our stay which made everything go very smoothly and he was very accommodating to our international flight schedule. PS. Didn't think we would make much use of the billiards table, but all of us ended up playing and enjoying that as well!

No clothes dryer. Not a big deal since there was a drying rack, but that is really the only thing I could think of. Don't let this deter you!

Location was excellent and the property was true to the description. Loved the view of the Seine and the proximity to the Metro and lots of eateries

There wasn’t a blind at the window of the third bedroom and because the apartment overlooks the street the room had street lights shining in all night. Not possible to get a good nights sleep as a result.
