Great location. Safe building. Comfortable bed. Good hot water and water pressure in shower. Nice to have a fridge and microwave.
Lights would shut off in stairs and the switch outside the apt did not work. There was construction and a loud baby on either side of the apt. The AC quit working the last 2 nights. We gave feedback to the property. If the proper maintenance is done and the construction is completed I would recommend this place!

an excellent room at the heart of Paris. The AC is cool and enough, the room is of frosted glass so the light is also enough. There is an aged and interesting elevator, you can take to the “2” floor and the door of the room will be downstairs.
There is a laundry room at the first floor of the building, but it’s locked.

Property was in a good location close to a train station and lots of eateries. Was spacious enough for two people for a couple of nights.
Air conditioning was ineffective and the windows don’t open unless you’re 10ft tall and can reach the tiny ones at the top. I told the manager the aircon wasn’t working and got back “it’s hot in Paris” We were charged the top rate for the tourist tax which was way too much for this apartment. When we advised we wouldn’t be paying and what we should be paying, the manager changed amount without question. Please check your figure before paying.
