We only used the room for an overnight stay and had tea there rather than breakfast, and everything was fine. The bathroom was small, but it served its purpose. Although there was an extra bed in the room, it didn’t make the space feel cramped. Despite being close to Termini Station, the street noise didn’t bother us.

Since we only stayed for one night, I can’t give a detailed review, but I can say that there was nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful three-day stay. The location was excellent, close to Termini Station and within walking distance of the Colosseum and many historical attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a private bathroom. Everything we needed was provided, including a kettle, cups, spoons, and water. The staff and owner were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

This is absolutely a great place to stay — safe, clean and quiet, and very close to Termini Station, which exceeded our expectations! The room was sooo clean, with no dust on the floor, so I could even walk around barefoot. The bathroom was very clean as well. The air conditioning worked perfectly! They also provided a lamp and a hairdryer in the room. There was coffee, sugar, tea and a microwave in the kitchen, and there were bottles of water in the fridge that we could just take. My friend and I had a really good rest here. It was so quiet that we thought we were the only ones staying in the building. 😂 Some people mentioned in the reviews that the auntie was good at English, and yes, it’s true! But more importantly, she was so friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she still let us check in early. She then took us to another building where our room was, which was only a one-minute walk away.

The location is close to the station. The views from the room were onto the park. The room was spacious and airy. The bathroom was nicely renovated and we had access to tea and coffee facilities all day and night. They allowed us to checkin early when our bus arrived at 7.30am. The owner was friendly and helpful although did not have much English.

The owner cooks in a kitchen just off the main entrance and the cooking smells are not ideal.
