We loved staying at G-Rough would definitely stay again! The location is perfect there are great restaurants etc in walking distance. The staff is super friendly and beyond helpful. The complimentary breakfast is great and there are additional options you can order if you choose to that are more than worth it. We enjoyed our breakfast and the convenience of having it brought to our room. The room is super nice and very comfortable. Love the big shower in the bathroom and how spacious the room is.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of continental breakfast options. The location was awesome since it is so close to Piazza Navona. There were many restaurants and shops nearby as well.
The front of the hotel could be more clearly marked. The towels in the bathroom are thin, light linen towels.

Staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the young man who organised us a taxi re cruise port . Room was lovely and room service was fab .Catered for dietary requests
Can't wait to go back ,
Lift was small i had no issues but if u are claustrophobic take the stairs . Staff would take luggage up for you and also able to store luggage short term only

Location was good.
The photos and advertising imply that the hotel is nicer and more spacious than it is. It has some stylish furnishings but was very rough around the edges (maybe that’s why it’s called G-Rough?). Very overpriced for what it is. I splurged thinking it would be something special. Not so much.
