A Wonderful Stay with a Beautiful Vintage Atmosphere I had an amazing stay at Casa Maya in Florence! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding. He even upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture and made our stay even more special. The accommodation has a beautiful vintage feel and a unique charm that makes the experience feel very different from a typical hotel. The room was lovely, the room service was excellent, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary drinks when you arrive and having water readily available throughout the stay. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. His hospitality made a big difference to our experience. Casa Maya is definitely one of the best places I have stayed in Florence. If you love a vintage atmosphere, warm hospitality, and a place that feels personal and welcoming, I would highly recommend staying here. I would happily stay again!

Beautiful older style pensione..now a hotel. Well set up and lovely people. Lots of character and good value.

It was a bit difficult to find as Google Maps sent me to another hotel. Some directions and info on the three flights of stairs would be helpful.

Da die Unterkunft keine Klimaanlage hatte war es im Sommer unglaublich warm im Zimmer außerdem sind es ein paar Treppen zu laufen.

Good location between downtown and the main train station. Fine for short stays if you want to explore the city.

The check-in process was a bit complicated, with a lot of back-and-forth messaging, but the owner was always very friendly
