Location is good, but not excellent. has laundry room

No AC (host provided a fan, but doesn’t help much). no electrical plug close to bed, Very loud when train passing. Toilet doesn’t flush properly, nobody came to take a look

The host, Davide was amazing! He was very responsive and the unit was just around the corner from everything! We were able to walk to all the important destinations and more.

Ideal location, close to all the major sights and and transport hubs. It's ideal for attending the opera at La Scala, or shopping the exclusive designer district, the Duomo and artsy Brera are just a short walk. There is 24/7 security/concierge desk, which made it easy to check in even with a late arrival. The management is very responsive and professional via WatsApp. The building is well maintained, the apartment we stayed in was spacious, newly renovated and everything was perfect. This is our second stay with Milano Royal Suites, we highly recommend it and we will be back again.

Location is exceptional and the building itself was charming and with concierge services. They made it easy for us to drop our baggage earlier than planned and easy to leave. Apartment is modern and sophisticated, feels like home and plenty of storage space and a big bathroom is a plus. The view out of the windows in the evening is charming and walking around towards Brera or Skala a pleasure.

two things - sofa bed is huge and taking up all the room when open, so there is no seating area left. I would have preferred a smaller bed for one person (family with one kid like us) instead of a huge double bed taking the whole room. kitchen has no oven. We where hoping to bake fresh pizza and it was not possible (only microwave)

Great location, spacious, clean and comfortable.

We arrived after 6pm so we had to wait on the street for o ur keys which was not ideal. The lobby of the building needs maintenance and the apt is likely decorated in the 1960s. However, the apt is very well maintained, it was a very comfortable stay, a perfect location and great value. Also the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely return.

Excellent location, within walking distance of museums, cathedral, opera, designer shopping area . The apartment was very nice, gorgeous washroom, tub, shower and bidet, small fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer, nice bedding.

The space, the cleanliness, the beds including the sofa beds were very comfortable. The juice and snacks were a lovely touch 🥰and most of all how close it was to everything. Its in the most perfect location to the Duomo, piazza, food areas, tram service. Felt extremely safe in the area.

No control over heating/AC, think if we’d gone in the warmer months, it would have been very hot in the apartment (unless of course they have a different cooling option-please do check before going by my review), only one bathroom-wasn’t suitable for a large group, the shower screen leaked (again something minor)

The overall experience wasn’t good, beginning from check in the key was like a puzzle to find it as if its from a host. No reception, except a security that belongs to the building. Lack of lights in the apartment, AC isn’t working and been told that starting from October its all over Milan because of government rules. Shower was damaged, sink (wash counter) got clogged and they didn’t come to fix and the room we had was direct to the main road and it’s too loudly at night because of the cars , trams and people maybe the other rooms better

Everything was great. The owner was very communicative in every step. We were very contended with our stay.

the pictures has nothing to do the real apartment, no decoration nothing just the basic things with no taste and it is very expensive and need more cleaning

Staff really nice and accomodating. Nice, spacious room with an evident effort made by the owner to modernize an old (but nice) building. Top location!

Cleanliness could be improved

Very comfortable and well equipped. The communication and welcome were great. Would strongly recommend for short visit to Milan - everything within easy walking distance and ease of getting to and from the airport by train/underground.
