Clear instructions ahead of arrival from the host and the option to book additional services from taxis to excursions. Apartment was in a great location walking distance to the Duomo, shops and metro stations. Apartment has all the ameneties needed for a short city stay.

Liked the location in relation to things to enjoy in the city.
It was a touch warm in the room with the windows closed, but it’s understandable for the time of year.

Location. It was central to all the sites we wanted to visit.
It’s old. The building is old as most of them are in the area. There was water in the lobby from early rain. Lastly, it was slightly noisy. But, we would still use Milan Royal Suites again.

The location is amazing
For the amount of money we paid, the apartment doesn't feel very clean. The stairs to the loft were kind of dirty and dusty. The shower on the second floor was not very convenient, as the shower head is even lower than the shoulder. But the shower on the first floor has really good water pressure and is good.
