Excellent location and communication

The location was everything! Close to all important sights. The apartment was spacious with a little kitchen where you can cook if you would like. As it was my birthday, Paola left me a bottle of prosecco which was appreciated. In the last day they let us check out at 12.
They don’t describe properly how you reach the property, they should describe that at the main entrance you take the stairs or escalators and on top on the right it is the Lumera sign. They don’t offer to keep the luggage after check out but they were kind enough to let us one more hour without charge and offer a link for a location near by to let the luggage.

Location! Location! Location!
Excellent money = value stay for a couple or a single travelers. Lots of storage space, excellent A/C for hot Italian summers. Complimentary mini fridge is stacked with refreshments! 🫶🏼
Everything was perfect!

Location in Brera was great
Noise around studio 11 outside from the bars and from people entering the building. Had to buy earplugs.
Lack of hot water - shower had to run for absolutely ages to even get warm.
Last day noticed the rain shower head looked like it was about to drop so couldn’t have a shower that morning due to concerns on the safety. Also note we couldn’t get the rain shower head to work at all during the stay.
Only reported the rain shower head due to safety concerns. Didn’t report others issues with the hot water as our stay was so short we didn’t want to spend time dealing with that.
