Always a pleasure to come back again here! Everything is excellent, as always!

For us, this was the second time at Romantika Panzio. And as the first time, Everything was great, especially the receptionist who was very friendly, called us in advance to check when we’re arriving and waited for us.

Nothing to complain about in particularly

Location was great, the room was very nice, light and spacy. Breakfast room/cellar was very nice, all decorated in the romantique mood. Outside space at the wellness is also very nice to relax.

At the wellness we were missing a toilet, or a place to change. There was not even something to hang your clothes on. Breakfast was fine, not great... some bacon or different type of bread would be great. There was only white bread available.

The room was pretty clean but looked like it was prepared just moments before our arrival. The good thing about this apartment was that it was minutes away from the border... And they had a fish pond...

We booked a room with a bathtub and received a shower room... Asked to be changed and they said that they are fully booked and we should have said we wanted a bathroom with a bathtub, which we booked... There was ripped wallpaper, falling curtains, dusty places and cobwebs near the beds, in the bathroom and kitchen... The welcome carpet was ripped on a side and the front door had a hole in it... They should pay more attention to the small details because families, parents in special, what very clean rooms to stay in for them and their kids... I don't think that will stay again...

We liked the location because is in the center of Gyula. Anyway Gyula is not a big city, so it's not a big deal.

Downstairs it's a restaurant and a terrace where it was karaoke night and they had the music so loud until midnight. We cannot sleep at all until midnight. So of you want a quiet location, this is not a quiet one. I will not return.

Very expensive for what they offered. Unconfortables beds, towls and sheets not properly cleaned.

Comfortable, downtown location.

Private parking was not available, although it was stated that's available. That's one of the reasons I chose this hotel. But in the end we had to park the car on the street.

very close to almost all atractions in Jula.

I couldn’t sleep because o of the old LC noise in the next door.
