Such an excellent location: it is literally outside the KL Sentral mrt entrance. Amazing Indian food restaurants all around the block, from having a fresh coconut chopped for you to a Michelin star place. The staff is amazing: they took such care of me. I came and left at odd hours in the early morning because I took international red eye flights to come in for an event at the MITEC conference center. They have a lovely person on staff at the front desk 24 hours. They have a great restaurant on-site with free breakfast vouchers. They gave me a room that was quiet and away from the main busy corridors so I could sleep during the day after I arrived, without me even asking. I stayed on the 3F and it was so clean, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond and refilled my water bottles for me when I was tired. The room was so clean. It even had a prayer mat. When I left, the mall entrance to the airport xpress was closed because it was too early and one of the staff took my luggage and walked me all the way across the road to an alternative entrance so I could get there on time. In Taiwan, we have a saying, great QP value, it means, a place that gives the best value for the happiest price. This is that place. More private than a hostel and comfortable and affordable. This is a great budget stay in KL Sentral. Five stars. Thank you for taking such good care of me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here for F1. The hotel house keeper on our floor(floor4) was such a great and friendly guy! He happily tidy up our room every day, gotta give that to him. The hotel is very great for its price and with an amazing location with an elevator to the monorail right in front of the entrance. Overall, would recommend

The room was maybe too small? But couldnt complain too much for this price. Breakfast lacks international option.

Attentive and friendly staff.

Very thin walls separating the rooms. Needs better soundproofing. People talking loudly along the corridor. They mentioned it is a non smoking hotel but heavy cigarettes smoke present on the 5th floor. Our last day, they had issue with water pipes. No water for the entire 5th floor almost the whole day. Its difficult if you need water for your toilet use, making drinks, shower and ablutions. Hope they can improve on these situations better.
