Очень чисто. Расположение отеля по отношению к вокзалу отличное, очень близко. Ночевали одну ночь и этого достаточно. Постель свежая, вода, шампунь, гель, для душа были.

Сложно ночевать в комнате, где нет окон. Чисто психологически. Сильно пахло химией и пришлось включать принудительную вытяжку в санузле, а она работает только при включённом свете. Дверь стеклянная и поэтому в 10 метровом номере очень светло. Кондиционер дует на стену и по стене на кровать. Под одеялом нормально, но голова мерзнет. Пришлось , насколько возможно, отодвигать матрас от стены. Ну и душ без душевой, т.е. вода везде в санузле.

The location was perfect, within walking distance from KL Sentral. 7/11 right in front, and ABC restaurant that serves amazing food and really good price. Bed was comfortable, basic amenities provided like showergel, towel, hairdryer available

Some of the rooms do not have any windows, hidden taxes when arriving at the hotel, they dont display full prices, the guy at the reception didn't speak clear english had difficulties to understand him and he made no effort to explain clearer

The location is so good and the staff are amazing and helpful 👏 . I wish I could stay for more days .😄 food vendors and shops are operating near the location 24/7.

The room soundproofing was very poor, you can hear the next door kid crying so clearly and loud in the room.

Near to the monorail/ NU Sentral. Easy to look for the meal / restaurant

Mould inside the toilet. Stain on the bedsheet Iron not function at 3rd level. Asked the staff to replace but then he asked me to go to the downstairs to iron at late night

Value for money. Pay at counter is most welcome

Ion dress at corridors. If available for each room is more comfortable

Location is near to a lot of other budget hotel and food is in abundance supply with 7 eleven around the corner. Room was simple, heater to bath, kettle but no coffee packet, 2 bottled water daily. Transportation is convenient. Grab easily available. 24 hours reception.

The location of the hotel is in the centre of Brickfields (Little India) and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Plus train stations are nearby.

There was no window in the room and no air circulation. On the first night the electricity cut out causing the A/C to stop and quickly making the small room almost unbearable. Breathing was hard. When questioning the front desk staff, they said it was being fixed but there was no other electric outage on the street, only affecting this building. There was no apology or compensation, and no clear cause or fix. The walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbours are talking about. Bed is not comfortable. But worst of all is the pre-arrival service. I asked the hotel on booking.com where I could park my car (their property is listed with "parking"), but they could not give me a straight answer. It was painful! I expressed my frustration to them, and they didn't really care. The simple answer is there is a parking lot in the basement HOWEVER it's RM15/day (calendar day, not 24 hour period) and the automated payment machine only accepts RM1 notes. You can imagine after 3 days, making RM45 payment with 45 notes is near impossible. I drove around to find another outdoor parking lot about 5 mins away which was RM20/day. If the hotel could just understand what it's like being a customer visiting the area for the first time, they could really improve the experience. This was one of my most frustrating experiences with a hotel by far.
