The staff and management was fantastic, they went out of their way to help us as much as they could.

We had a place to lay our heads and the gentleman who was working the night we checked in was very helpful.

It was dirty, the shower had no water pressure or hot water and the jacuzzi did not work.

recommend but could be better

good location with pool and sea view, room is clean with balcony

-the mattress is not supporting and over used; -the far view is great with sea but right in front of the hotel there’s an abandoned gas station, and the garbage smell from time to time is not very pleasant -the pool is fresh but not very clean

Will definitely stay here again.

the view from the deck was amazing and it had the most comfortable bed I have slept in yet in Mexico. Staff in reception and at the little restaurant/bar at the pool were awesome; super friendly.

wouldn’t work for anyone mobility challenged as it has a lot of stairs. didn’t get hot water to the shower but it was hot outside so we didn’t mind so much.

I love this hotel! the staff is amazing and so helpful the hotel is tucked away overlooking the bay. Love boat watching. it is quiet hotel.

Wonderful stay on the "quiet side" of the Bay which has the kind of vibe we like in Mexico, Cheers!

Great view of the Bay with a very friendly staff! "Epic" & David were at the front desk with David, in particular, offering excellent service in every way. Muchas Gracias, David!

As others have mentioned, the "Hot Tub" isn't that hot but the ambient temps during our visit were toasty so no worries...

Villa Del Pescador was a cozy stay with a good location!!!

We stayed in a room with a small pool and a beautiful view of the water. The staff were amazing at attending to our needs and were very friendly. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. The hotel is VERY close to the centro where all the shops/food are. Just a short 5 min walk away!

The pool in our room was not clean when we arrived, but they were able to clean it our second day there. Our shower water was not hot. It would get luke warm but nothing hotter than that.

We enjoyed our stay overall…the staff were amazingly helpful….But the noise issue and the plumbing smell were hard to de

staff was very helpful, location was pretty for the view, but the road there was sketchy at times. Our balcony jacuzzi was nice, but no heat.

Smell from the plumbing was bad, but they did address it. Also noise was a problem…when there were people in the room above us or next door, you could hear everything! very hard to sleep in the morning or evening because of it.

Some vinegar with a little wine

View from the room was great. The rooms were spacious with excellent air conditioning and lighting. Excellent location because of its proximity to the downtown.

Suspected beg bugs. Found an insect that looked like one in the bed. Intake staff wasn't particularly helpful not provided much assistance. Jacuzzi was great except you had to specifically request it be cleaned as there were a large number of dead bees inside the hotel.

Excellent stay

The views from the room were simply stunning. The staff were very attentive and always checking everything was ok. Pool was clean and very welcome after a hard day lay on the beach. The rooms were clean and quiet.

Could not have been better!

The location, staff and hotel overall could not have been better. Safe, clean, friendly and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Not a negative but be prepared to walk. It’s about 10 minutes from the zihuat pier with a decent hill. Lots of steps but that is everywhere in zihuat.

Excellent spot along Zihua's main cove. A bit of a climb when walking but otherwise, a solid choice.

The view was epic. The staff was incredibly nice. The pool was clean and refreshing. For the price, you can't beat this villa.

It's definitely a mini-hike, if you're walking to and from town. The stones of the winding road are bumpy so wear good walking shoes. But I was looking for exercise so it wasn't a big issue.

Peaceful and comfortable stay

Nice and spacious rooms, staff are so lovely! walking distance to cafes and restaurants and of course the beaches. Stunning views of the water. Shoutout to Pamela for making sure I was well taken care of!

Some of the staff don’t understand English very well so communication was a bit tricky at times. Good opportunity to practice your Spanish though ;)
