Great location in the old town of Bern. Not noisy at night and the bathroom was very well supplied with everything you might need, including toothpaste!

loved the fact that there was cotton buds, ear buds, spare toothbrush etc. there were many little things that made the place feel like home. the location was perfect aswell.

Location was great and host very responsive and helpful. All the comforts you need, even complimentary coffee and teas. Pillows were great.

It was a little hard to sleep at night due to outside noise (but to be expected given restaurants below). Bathroom is a little tight but nicely appointed.

Excellent location, super central and easy to access by public transport from the train station. The flat has everything one can need, was extremely clean and the key collection process is very easy. The Swiss chocolates upon arrival were a very nice welcoming touch :). The host Valerie, is super responsive and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

the apartment was nothing like the picture. The photo must have been taken a long time ago and in soft focus. It was cramped and slightly grubby.

Bern was delightful, apartment correct. Arriving and leaving were trouble free and easy.

The noise from the street was intolerable and made sleeping impossible. On both nights of our stay there were what seemed like ad hoc street parties taking place till after 3 am with whooping, shouting, loud tuneless singing and badly played musical instruments, not that well played ones would have been much of an improvement. The first night we lay awake hoping the noise would soon end. it didn't. The next night we realized the noise would go on for many hours so we watched TV till 3.30 am in an attempt to stop ourselves going crazy. We toyed with the idea of looking for a hotel but at between 2 and 3 in the morning dismissed this as unrealistic. Unless your visit to Bern is for the purpose of partying till 3.30 am every night I would advise anyone visiting to avoid using this apartment, or anywhere else in the street.

It was pretty loud during the nights - earplugs are a must even when windows closed. Fan in bathroom and kitchen don't work. Not the hosts fault but the washing machine was broken.

The location is brilliant, right in the centre of Bern. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean.

Valerie was super nice and responsive , im sad that we forgot to let her a message on her guest book 😊. The location is perfect if u wanna visit bern everything is close and easy to find . Thank you Valerie we will be back for sure !

Valerie's apartment is warm and bright. Central located in Bern in an old building. No elevator. The furniture and duvets are old. The bed creaks, not very comfortable. I did not find corkscrew in the kitchen. Laundry services are not provided to the guests, which makes your stay difficult for long. Because it was impossible to use the washing machine, I took two extra toweIs from the basement and when I left, I received an email from her why I took them without permission. Valerie is kind till your check-out. Then he starts to blame you for every hair she found in the apartment. She asked me if I was with a dog. The conditions she provides do not correspond to the price. The apartment is overpriced and I would not recommend it.

the apartment is full clean and equipped with everything you may need during your stay, very nicely furnished and the location is great. I can only say ... great apartamet at all!
