Hilton Bournemouth

Rooms are clean, quiet and very well proportioned with a modern well equipped ensuite. Breakfast is well organised with a good range of freshly cooked and continental options. Location is excellent for city centre and beach with good secure parking.

Hotel wi-fi would not allow internet access in the evening of my stay but this had corrected itself by the morning. The room was too cool for me and after following the instructions on the temperature panel, the room still would not warm up.

It was clean and the staff were friendly.

How the car park was setup. The distance to walk to reception doesn’t take into consideration people with mobility problems or disability.

Location excellent. Spa great

Staff were not helpful. Really disappointed
