I am extremely happy with my stay. The breakfast was the best I have seen. Many more options available at breakfast then I have seen In any other brand of hotel well worth the money!. Bed was so spacious

I think guest who are on floor seven should be warned about the music levels coming from the rooftop bar had I known I would have requested a lower floor. But due to the things like the spa and pool I was not in my room much to bother me majorly. My partner was also asked in a rather judging manor what floor was he staying when he went outside in the night for some fresh air. Had he been in a suit and tie we question would he have been asked in the manor he was. The rest of the staff how ever where wonderful!

We were given a room facing a wall 6' away from the window . DEPRESSING LOOKING OUT! Unable to re locate . Unable to cancell for a refund. Most Annoying evening.

Lovely hotel situated next to cinema and beach. Staff is amazing and very atentive to details. Nice breakfast ! We will return.

Room lovely and clean breakfast I didn’t eat but room service I did and the pizza was expensive and horrendous! Sent 2 back at £14 ea and they were replaced with similar poor quality ie; no fresh ingredients and no fresh oregano though the margueritas were advertised as freshly made.. it was a basic pizza base with tomato purée and a bit of Cheddar! No mozzarella and no herbs! Disgusting and I was charged for twice for both ! and the replacement .. I won’t be staying again! The bar was incredibly expensive and no atmosphere either

Air conditioning very poor Queue to check in Trying to capture the attention of someone to ask about booking the restaurant was difficult- avoiding eye contact When you're in a queue to check in and there are other staff visible it would be good if they jumped in to help or were trained to explain why they cant

Wet room had lip so not disabled friendly and car park abled people allowed to park in disabled bays without a blue badge shocking in my opinion

Nothing room was poor, quality, dusty, dirty, black all in the shower on the floor shower didn’t even hold up right with sagging down so he had to hold the shower. Staff was very rude when we first came in and looked down on us would never stay there again we weren’t told that we had to also pay £100 That we get back at the end of the holiday, but then was told seven working days after this is a real treat for myself and my partner and that hundred pounds as part of our spending money so we ended up having to go on our holiday

Dog friendly however due to being short staffed this morning at breakfast , long que so we didn`t have any yet paid. people eating breakfast in the lobby

they charged me on Good friday full £541 yet i said i had paid through booking.com, awaiting refund as on arrival they had no confirmation off booking.com

Unwelcome reception. Female Receptionist long black hair was rude , no eye contact, unhelpful and looked unhappy and bored in her job to a point of making us feel like we were somethiing she had found on the bottom of her shoe.

No atenttion about what I asked when I booked the room ?!!!in! Room wasnt clean, dated and noisy while cleaners cleaning??? Couldnt work during they were slaming the doors??? My colegues were’re asking whats going on??? I told HS2 building railway! Why should I lie? In swiming pool youngters spiting to the water??? Very very disquisting!!!! A lot of drunk amd very unpleasant people! Didnt feel safe!Staff on spa quite unpleasant amd there’s feelinh they at home not at work??? Was feeling quilty I am there???

Location was good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and other amenities. Overall the room was good, decor of the hotel in general was very nice.

There was no shower gel left in the bottle provided. No air con? Or if there was, it was self explanatory - very warm in the night.

Room spacious and comfortable. Terrace bar great fun and staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast in room was great!

Fridge in room running very hot due to being in a cupboard. Shower head kept falling off it's fitting + drain cover kept coming off. Aircon didn't seem to work (room a bit warm). Sat night at terrace bar was great fun, but when my partner needed to go to our room and tried to return, one over-zealous security guy would not let her into the lift claiming the bar was at capacity! She finally persuaded him, with the help of another guard!

Good size room, view was okay, comfortable beds nice bathroom

Dirty champagne glasses, not enough sugar, dirty carpet, found rubbish under the bed, no shampoo, plastic rose petals, bathroom robes too small, got charged for room service and the breakfast was cold and not everything came what I ordered.

Could av had more teabags in room only 2 and coffee 2 hot chocolate 1 maybe bigger mugs better choice on TV and just to be fussy may e put little chocolate on pillow on arrival and tell the person staying that you need your card in lift to go up got stuck on 1st day but honestly lovey place would come back stayed at Royal exiter last yer if I'm honest I liked the room more there but hillton is cleaner sound poof and has a pool (big plus)

Excellent location and lovely, clean and contemporary hotel with wonderful facilities. Good parking. Loved the room with the balcony and enjoyed tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely fluffy towels.

Toiletries were fiddly and small. No electric charging facilities. Some of the light bulbs were not working

There’s no halal option in the restaurant and the vegan/vegetarian options were limited or unavailable. Also they told £100 deposit that we used on our stay but the remaining amount was around £14 but never refunded.

Our room was on level 7. .but heard the very loud music from the sky bar in level 8 which went on to very late

Big rooms specious and modern decor. Restaurants on site was a bonus

Pool was small and dark , need updating. and only 3 beds at the side when busy there’s nowhere to put your towel and relax. Disappointing as I booked it with the intention of relaxing by the pool.
