We loved the location, it couldn't have been better and very easy to get from the airport by bus. The view of the river from our room was fabulous. The breakfast had an excellent choice. Highly recommend.

The location was very good.
I didn’t like the fact that the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel and kept turning off. When we arrived the room temperature was 26.5c and an hour later with the air conditioning set to 19 c the room was still 25.5 c. We could not leave the room as we only had one card and when removed the air conditioner turned off. The was fixed when we complained and the staff said they would control it. Also I didn’t like that you were not allowed to bring in food or drinks from outside the hotel particularly when the hotel didn’t have a restaurant. We specifically booked a room with a balcony as we were traveling with friends and the plan was that we would meet and have drinks and snacks on the balcony. This did not happen. We paid a premium for a room for no benefit.

"Zimmer und Bad groß und bequem. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage war reserviert. Preis für Sarajevo angemessen. Die Lage in der Nähe des Bazars ist nicht zu toppen."
