The hotel is in a good location. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a good size. The bed was comfortable.
The A/C worked good in the room.
The breakfast was just ok, nothing special.
Thank you.

What I liked was closeness to Bascarsija and other city great places to visit. What I did not like how air conditioning system worked. I am used to American standards and this was a little bit different as air conditioning system would stop working whenever you open doors and windows. Otherwise staff was accommodating and tried to solve any issues I have addressed.

Overall a very good hotel. The room is spacious, modern and comfort. The location is just perfect. Breakfast is also excellent - lots of variety.
There are however a few wrinkles that I believe the management should be aware of:
- twice during my stay the air conditioning cut out in the middle of the night, making the room uncomfortably hot. The control panel becomes totally unresponsive and it seems to need a reset by reception
- on one of the days housekeeping did not clean my room, for unknown reasons. Reception offered to replace the water bottle and towel. It took another call to reception to get a bottle but the towel never showed up
- the safety deposit box was left closed when I checked in to my room meaning I couldn’t use it for the first night. Reception was supposed to send someone that night but no one showed up.
Be aware that if you have a room facing the river, the traffic noise can be quite high.
Other than that, happy to recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great staff. Old town is right out the back door. The included breakfast is fantastic
