It’s a cozy property in the centre of Mechelen with only a few rooms. It is run by a lovely couple and the lady was kind enough to explain the sights to see in Mechelen and gave us a map as well. There is a nice set breakfast included. I enjoyed the personal touch and it had an old world charm that is difficult to find these days.
There were some mosquitoes and the mosquito repellent machine did not work very well.

Madame, our hostess, was extremely thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is bijou. Our room was large, modern in style, and well equipped. The breakfast room was more traditional yet comfortable. Breakfast was thoughtful - ie the bowl of fruit had been carefully chopped small to be easy to eat.The location is excellent.
Not a hotel problem but long term parking, ie two days, is a pain. Do not use the 'EasyPark' app - the default app for the area - unless you can't avoid it.

Nice and small hotel, runner by a sweet local couple. The breakfast is very nice and the rooms very spacious.
