Staff is not nice when they speak to guest

Nothing, bland, boring and expensive for what you get.

Awful breakfast, cancelled second day. The cross contamination md lack of cleanliness was shocking. Bed and pillows uncomfortable

The courtesy shuttle bus was great as well as having a restaurant on site.

We were told the shuttle bus departed every half hour. On the morning that we were flying out we went down to reception at 5.18am and the shuttle bus was driving away empty so we then had to get a taxi. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and used the shuttle bus to get to the train station each day which was very convenient only had that one problem.

The reception and restaurant area are spacious, the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Room and bathroom decor is outdated. Food at the restaurant took a long time and the quality wasn’t good.

GOOD AND QUIET ROOM, SHUTTLE SERVICE

SERVICE AT DINNER WAS VERY SLOW HAD TO REMING THE WAITRESS TO BRING ME THE BEER AND FOOD, PRICES WERE EXPENSIVE AND THE FOOD WASNT GOOD, NOT TASTY, EATING A SANDWICH WOULD BE BETTER

The hotel was very well located, close to the city and with easy access to our other destinations. The breakfast was excellent and had so much variety and good quality options that you can stay for days with no concern to be repeating same stuff day after day.

The room had a disturbing noise in the bathroom, audible from the room. Over night, the location is quiet and tranquil - but this made the sound even more upsetting - we could not have a proper night of sleep. And because it was Easter weekend, no one was available to fix. What a shame - that could be easily the best hotel in our trip, but it was downgraded to an average position because of a simple maintenance problem.

The hotel was more luxurious than we expected.

The staff accommodated a special request which made our six-night stay fabulous! The room was warm, spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and we had a great view of the park. The refrigerator was handy, the shower pressure good. We did not eat any meals at the property nor use the television. Hope to stay again some time!

The electrical outlets were not handy to a mirror, which made it challenging to dry and straighten my hair. That's all.

Breakfast was lovely.

Even though this is in the Flemish region, not one person could speak Dutch.

I don't often write reviews, but this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a convenient place to stay, close to the Brussels airport, that would provide a shuttle to the airport early in the morning for an early flight. We had a very nice experience. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff were kind, helpful and cheerful. There isn't a lot near the Brussels airport so we didn't go out. We ate in the hotel restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were fantastic. The hotel breakfast offered EVERYTHING we could possibly have wanted--fresh fruits and vegetables, abundant eggs, meat, smoke salmon, cheeses, smoothies, yogurts, granola, pastries...We also had espresso and cappuccino with fresh squeezed juices. It was a great way to start a very long day of travel.

Staff was very welcoming. I like that they offered us tea, coffee, and water upon arrivel and in the morning.

At midnight there is no shuttle. The Uber charges 18 euro and taxi is 25 euro which seems quite high for 2 km ride.
