Large room with king size bed

Seems my colleagues had fruits in their rooms (same type of room)

the reception was crowded with Chinese tourists I stayed in the secondary building the room was basic and the staff not helpful and harsh

Room was clean and big.

The service was good and so as was the room.

Everything was good, except for the problem with the elevators that occurred exactly when I arrived and had me waiting in the lobby for some time.

In a case of hotel discomfort, like the elevators problem that kept me more than 1 hour in the lobby and restaurant, the hotel could have offered me a glass of wine at least. This is usual policy in most hotels.

30 minutes check in, first trying with the computer, 5 times taking a foto, did not work, 3 times with help from the stuff, than ask to go into the lines- another 10 minutes wait same for check out, 30 minutes to get the invoices correct: it was difficult to get the adresse of the customer on the invoices (which is from my view a normal ask with each client) still chewing gum paper on the table from the prior guest

Good convenient location near the airport when you're on the get-go, especially with the short and affordable shuttle. Large choice on the breakfast buffet.

Very stereotype, nothing fancy. Smell of nicotine on the floors. "Amenities" in the room were just empty card boxes, and water in the shower could not be regulated (it was too hot to shower, actually!). 50% of the TV channels were blank.

it is clean and modern and all you need in an airpot hotel

the main issue here is the shuttle service. hotel claims they have shuttle service but it’s actually available only at certain times. which means you will be charged around 20€ for a taxi. main problem is actually that most taxis or Ubers don’t want to drive you 3 kms away! it’s not easy to get to the hotel from the airport if you happen to be outside shuttle hours (which is easy!).

nice bar/resto clean room helpfull staff

Very clean rooms, super helpful staff . They upgraded our rooms to make our stay with our 2 kids more comfortable. They could not provide an extra bed and gave us an extra room free of charge. Many thanks to the young receptionist who helped us on 20th January! This service does make a huge difference ! Restaurant had of the best dishes we have tried in Belgium . Often shuttle buses to Brussels and transportation to other locations.

very modern, newly refurbished, clean and comfortable.

the staff was beyond incompetent and unfriendly. no luggage service to the rooms and in the restaurant and bar you have to wait extremely long to be served. In the bar, the barman didn’t even know basic cocktails - very little choice of drinks.

Location is convenient

Showed up at 14:50 with a colleague travelling from overseas, self check in machine didn't work for him, staff at reception refused to check him manually as 'agreed contractual check in time for all customers is 15:00h'. Help desk manager was unfriendly. His room was dusty. Evening party on one of the upper floors was noisy.

The food was good at the restaurant and the rooms were clean.

The gym equipment was broken. The staff were unfriendly and unorganized. I paid at checkin for the full stay and also was offered the New Years dinner which I took up and paid for in full. We then attended the dinner and was told I had to pay again for the dinner, when I advised the staff that I had already paid at check in, there didn’t seem to be a record of this. I had to show the staff the transaction from my Bank to prove this, the whole experience was bad as the staff made me feel as if they were doing me a favor whereas I had taken nothing for free. I had also paid for a late checkin but the cleaners came in early while my son was sleeping which woke him up.
