Spacious room, nice and unique design, super friendly staff, fast resolution of issues when reception contacted for help or support. When I shared my feedback at the reception they were super understanding and offered little gift.

The cleaning room service seemed a little bit lousy- the cleaning staff did not notice empty tissues or dirty used wine glass the first day. Only on the second day when I openly placed the dirty empty stuff they cleaned it. Understaffed bar/ restaurant- 30 minutes waiting time for one drink. Events organised every night at the hotel restaurant (stayed 3 nights) blocking the capacity and slowing time for guests.

It is a very original concept: a hotel seamlessly integrated into an office building, without guests really noticing the coexistence of the two. One floor may be dedicated to the hotel, while the next is occupied by offices. Moreover, the international staff are friendly and clearly do their best to provide good service.

There does not seem to be enough staff or management capacity to cope effectively with peak periods, particularly at breakfast. It can feel somewhat disorganized, and although things eventually work out, the overall experience does not quite meet the standards one would expect. Another area for improvement is communication regarding private events. The rooftop bar is a real asset, but it is disappointing for hotel guests planning to have a drink there to discover only upon arrival that it has been reserved for a private event. Simply informing guests in advance would avoid frustration.
