This is a very conveniently located hotel with reasonable facilities. It has laundry facilities and there are supermarkets close by.

It's fairly noisy and you have to keep the windows shut at night. About half the rooms face onto a shopping arcade with a light well but they don't have any external daylight. You might want to check which room you are getting.

The rooms are spacious and the location was perfect.

There is an odour in the toilet.

Location: right at the centre you can walk everywhere and it's super close to main tram services. Staff: really nice and helpful, they were attentive to detail and gave good recommendations. Room: had the necessary amenities, quite comfy and clean when I got in.

Not a bad thing per se as they provided the majority of the stuff to clean if required, but I didn't know the cleaning service will only apply to stays over 7 nights. Maybe having them after 3-4 days would make it even better.

City center walking distance to various tourist attractions. Polite and professional staff, clean and tidy double-bed room, and spacious leisure area for tourists to relax and take rest. A wide range of restaurants and supermarkets near around the hotel. Also, the paid laundry room for backpackers, A reasonable price for the Aparthotel in Brussels city center.

The hotel was very central which was good. Also there are a lot of cafes near by and directly next to it is a metro station. The bathroom was very clean.

The receptionist was very unfriendly when we came in.. when i told him we already have a reservation he was suddenly friendly..

very quiet apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Everything you need in a small space.

No complaints about the property. The street it’s on is dirty with lots of homeless people. Even though the outside is busy, noisy and dirty, the apartment is peaceful.

Thé location was perfect. Thé réception staff were excellent ! Helpful and professional. Thé appartement was large and comfortable although a little used in some places (to bé expected) Lovely balcony, Sunny appartement. Carrefour across thé street with fresh bakery for each morning. Fitness room

It needed a vacuum cleaner and mop as we were there for a week and i would have liked to vacuum 🙂 Thé apparthotel had no down side

We did not have breakfast but impressed by the lounge with a nice piano for me to play, also the location of ‘Adagio’ was excellent within minutes walk to many major attractions in the city and a Metro station ‘next door’ an added bonus !

The apartment is well equipped and clean. Location is great, close to grand place Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby There is a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a small fee.

Most European places only have a washing machine, which includes a drying function but it does not dry the clothes completely, you will still need to air dry. Having lived in London we knew this well. But there was a separate dryer in Adagio, so we were thrilled. We wanted to do laundry on the last night of our stay thinking we'd be able to pack our clean clothes for our next destination. The dryer does not really dry much, beware. We had to stay up late night, and spent 10+ dollars on dryer (each cycle was $2.5) to dry our clothes because the dryer, even though it is a separate machine will not dry cotton/linen clothes (forget your jeans being dry), only polyester ones.

1. Some things in the room were broken and not in perfect condition. Ex: the washroom switch, refrigerator door. Could have been better especially for the amount we paid for booking.

The staff were lovely and very helpful for all my inquires. The location was perfect, right next to a metro station, across the road from a supermarket, post office and pharmacy. restaurants were around in abundance and only 5 mins walk to the main city square. There were washing machines and dryers on the premises as well as a lounge and entertainment room. The room was well equipped with everything you could want. I found it easy to prepare simple meals when I was not in the mood to eat out. The internet was excellent and there were plenty of power points. I liked the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The room was well designed and had a window that opened.

The bed was a wall bed folded down. I left it as a bed rather than convert the area to a lounge. Getting into bed was difficult as you had to avoid the lounge arms that came half way down the bed. I also felt the bed was sloping slightly downwards where the pillows were. I fixed this problem by moving the pillows to the foot of the bed and therefore avoided the lounge arms when getting in and out of the bed. It is a great room design and saves lots of space etc but less convenient for getting in and out of bed. Also there was music playing from 8 am- 8 pm. It was that really average uninteresting b grade pop which was pretty irritating but I managed to switch off after the first night. It would be really good if you are going to do that to play a mix of music jazz, blues, classical, rock etc

First off, the staff are so nice and helpful! We arrived very early and only had to wait a couple hours to be checked in. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. They also provided a baby cot with a padded mattress, something we don’t find too often! We didn’t eat breakfast so no comment there, but we did use the laundry facilities. We used the kitchen daily and were provided with dishes, utensils, and cookware. The location is PERFECT. Very central and close to restaurants, shops, and only a few minutes walk to Grand Place. Next door is the train station and also a great little cafe to grab coffee/breakfast.

This is not a negative but more of an observation: it seemed like the shower was higher than usual and difficult to step into. We both had to hold onto the towel rack while stepping in and out, and we’re young(ish)!

Staff were friendly, location was great.

The room was too warm and we had a room with a window that faced the shopping centre so there was no fresh air coming into the room when the window was open.
