Second time at Jardin Secret. This time around the small swimming pool is certainly a bonus. Very good location, comfortable beds, very clean.

Totally professional from start to finish

Excellent breakfast. Nice room/comfortable beds.

The tiny swimming pool was very nice. The room was charming in its way.
The beds were very comfortable, and the view of the garden was also lovely.
We were woken throughout the nights by the loud closure of the corridor doors. The smoke of cigarettes from people under the room made the room smell disagreeable.
There was no storage in the room except a few open shelves, so we were surrounded by our bags and clothes which felt disorderly.

Very nice and quiet place in a rather busy neighborhood. Very nice breakfast and pool.
Our room on the third floor only had a little window towards the sky (Velux). We missed having a view on the pool or the city, feeled a bit enclosed.

Love the vibe of the hotel! The room is so well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location as well (even though it’s in a quieter street, it feels safe).
Not not liking it, but it’s interesting that the pillows are in square, not rectangle, but it’s okay, they’re still comfortable!

Altogether the hotel, staff and facilities exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended! Its also very accessible in terms of transport.
The neighbourhood is nice but can feel a bit unsafe when heading back to hotel late (own opinion for a group of girls)

The hotel is really cute and charming, it's in a great location - close to the center but not too noisy or busy (the room was actually super quiet which was great), breakfast was amazing, and it was overall a really great stay.
The family room felt a bit small for four people - we barely had room to open up our suitcases, and there definitely wasn't enough wardrobe space. I found it a bit expensive too, but in comparison to other hotels in the area and the quality it was decent.

beautiful hidden garden, spacious room, friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms
room was very warm

Garden and pool
The double bed was not double, they were 2 single beds next to each others, which wasn't comfortable for a couple

The staff were, without exception, very friendly and helpful.
The breakfasts were brilliant, healthy with gluten free options.
The room was comfortable and the location perfect.
The towels could have been softer and and did not need changing every day.
More in the way of toiletries could have been provided eg, shampoo, body lotion, cotton wool

Stayed here multiple times. The breakfast is good, good location, though placed a bit odd in an alley. Generally clean and orderly and the staff is nice.
Once my room smelled really strange. Sometimes it's as if something shady is going on at the hotel at night. Was kept up at 4am by noisy visitors in other rooms. Pillows are no good (hard) and the mirror placed oddly in some rooms.

It was very clean and staff were nice, beds were comfy and it was very nice
There weren’t enough towels, and got charged £20 more than what it said when booking on booking.com

The room was very comfortable and me and my family enjoyed the stay

Room was large and well furnished with cosy built in nooks by the large windows for reading or lazing. Great layout that allowed for 5 pax. Large bathroom with bath tub. It was situated next to shopping street and restaurants so very convenient, and yet it was peaceful inside.
I would get my breakfast elsewhere next time. It was overpriced for what was on offer.

The room was fairly spartan in the storage options and casual seating (there was none). But the room worked fine for me as I was there for business for three nights. The breakfast was amazing and well worth the price and the pub they have on site was very comfortable and well-staffed with helpful friendly people.
The street along which the hotel is located was a bit sketchy, but I did not have any particular issues. It may be a problem for travelers that are not accustomed to live in or walk through a neighborhood that is mainly African - but the area is lively and lots of good food and great street scenes.

Room is really nice and spacious. Garden looks really picturesquely
There were two things that were really disappointing for me:
1 - internet speed. The max speed that I was able to catch was 5 Mbps and it was near the WiFi router. In the room it was 2,5 Mbps. This is absolutely not enough for online meetings that I had to attend.
2 - location. It is more far away from the city centre than it feels while looking at the map. the hotel is located in an alley, at the end of which there is a Burger King, next to which someone is either lying or standing drunk, which does not add coziness and a sense of security when you walk there alone in the evening
In other circumstances I would put a higher score, but if you're a solo traveler, who needs to work from the room with the stable internet connection and afterwards have only several hours a day to go sightseeing, unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel

The rooms were excellent for a group of three for a weekend break. Bathroom facilities were great with a bath and shower to choose from. The location was great and close enough to get to all the places of interest in the centre. Staff were really good and were in communication with us during our delayed journey to the hotel.
Unfortunately, due to the weather the pool wasn't available to use.
