Snog Rooms & Suites

The location is excellent. It is very central and the area has a great atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. I had everything I needed for a great stay.

Noisy street

The location is great! A two minute walk tot galata tower with the nearest supermarket and an even shorter walk to the big Istiklal street. You cab take the funicular up hill on the way back if you’re not used to the steep hills and the metro is around the corner. And even with all that happening close by the street was pretty quiet! The room was cleaned daily and the host reacted quickly through whatsapp

We ran out of toiletpaper twice. The airconditioner made a rattling sound like there was a piece of plastic stuck in it or something, it woke us up a couple of times even while sleeping with earplugs. I think we spotted some mold along the grout in the shower.

Location is great if you want to be right in the middle of Galata. Staff was friendly. There was an elevator in the building which helped because we were on 3rd floor.

The level of cleanliness was poor! We could stomach the not so comfy bed and pillows but the dirt was too much. There was dust on the kettle, around plugs, on bins, on the wall and it looked like they hadn’t swept under the bed in 5 years - we even found socks from previous guests under the bed, yuck! Walls with marks that I’m sure could be cleaned if the cleaner had some attention to detail. The shower was also super slippery because it has those glossy tiles on the floor. Apart from that, the shower glass was dirty. Toilet dirty. It was just not properly cleaned man and it was just not pleasant.
