Água filtrada só é liberada no almoço, tem que comprar água para beber, poderia haver bebedouros no hotel. O elevador não comporta os hóspedes em feriados, chegamos a subir 9 andares de escada, são 2 elevadores para todos, não dá conta.

The staff was wonderful — very friendly and welcoming. The pools are nice and the rooms are spacious. Since we stayed during the week and off-season, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The garage service was also excellent. The restaurant offers a very good buffet, but pay attention to the pricing. It was cheaper to purchase the meal directly on-site than as part of the package. Also, make sure to go through reception to confirm the price — we paid 82 reais when booking through reception, while the restaurant would have charged 92 reais directly. A bit of an odd system. Overall, it’s a great place for families. However, I imagine that during weekends or high season it could feel quite crowded given the size of the facilities.

The gym could be better maintained — some machines were broken or missing parts, which made it less enjoyable to use. Additionally, there was a surprisingly large amount of plastic waste at breakfast. Reusable glasses would be a more sustainable option, and individually wrapped napkins seem unnecessary. There’s definitely room for improvement in these areas.
