The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had vast varieties of choices to choose from to satisfy each one's palate.

I had an amazing two-night stay at Conrad Pune. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated how warm, friendly, and supportive the entire staff was—they even kindly accommodated a late checkout, which made my trip so seamless. The rooms were remarkably clean, spacious, and equipped with great amenities. The breakfast buffet was another major highlight, featuring an incredible variety of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pune!

Since this was my first time staying at a 5-star property, I used their WhatsApp concierge service to ask a few questions about the room. There were a couple of minor hiccups: the bathroom TV remotes didn't work, and the heavy sliding door between the bedroom and bathtub area was stiff and made a loud noise when closed. When a staff member came to assist, he laughed/grinned at my difficulty with the door and when clarifying that the remotes were for the bathroom TV. Regardless of the reason, it felt a bit dismissive rather than polite and professional. Aside from that small moment, the rest of my stay was comfortable, and I would still recommend the hotel.
