I could say every thing was excelente, but the fact that I have precisely requested for 2 single beds, separated and got them made up as a double bed, was a no no
My daughter has a phobia of sleeping with someone else and we had put pillows in between us and she was awake all night . All the rest was perfect and clean.
Breakfast was great, good spread and fresh fruit
The assurance that we’re having a separate bed and not being true . We had a response reassuring.

Great location! Very close to the metro station and it was also a very easy walk to Vatican City. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room wasn't huge but space was maximized very well so my husband and I had lots of room for our bags and all our stuff. Suitcases easily fit under the bed.
The host/owner was really great. Very helpful in answering questions and with recommending things to do. Quick responses to questions.
Breakfast was great too. Typical Italian breakfast spread. Lots of options to leave you with a full belly for the day's adventures.
Just 1 minor thing: Heavily scented. There are scented reed diffusers so if you have issues with scent, it could cause problems. Host was as accommodating as possible and let me store the one from my room and the one from the kitchen in a kitchen cupboard. I was able to air out the scent from my room well, but it did remain in the kitchen/breakfast area.

Nice, quaint air conditioned rooms. Loved the balcony and communal kitchen and breakfast was delicious! The bed was super comfortable! My husband and I didn’t wake up with aches or pains!
Location felt a little sketchy, but I understand that can’t always be helped. Bonci pizza made up for it!
