We have stayed here for a few years now and it’s location to beach and lake are excellent

Hate to be negative because I love to stay at this place and have two more stays already booked however a few suggestions 1. The wifi in relation to the smart TV - it just doesn’t work well at all even on normal TV channels. I had to pair to my own mobile hotspot pretty much every day to get it to work especially if wanting to watch Netflix. 2. Sliding door screens and locks - again some doors have them but they work badly some don’t have them at all 3. Security - front door lock poses security issue. Lighting or lack of outside on step pathway, tripped twice at night. Front gate doesn’t stop anyone just walking through which happened a few times.

It’s easy to access all areas of Merimbula. Great for my whippet and my family.

Clean and easy to get to town.

Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Fabulous location

No body wash or decent soap and very cheap toilet paper

We didn't think it was secure enough the sliding doors in the bedroom and lounge the screens don't lock plus I think a key is needed for the Entrance door it's not secure I could see where Brake ins have been attempted on the screens plus we left belonging and was not advised I did try to call when we vacated about what was left
