Location was great, the yard was big but didn’t have a front fence so not ideal for dogs. The cleanliness was not great, the bedrooms were small, the TV was not functioning properly (was blinking on every channel) and was very outdated (no Netflix or Stan). No wifi, which was disappointing and no air-con. Definitely over priced.

Bathroom taps were loose and bathroom door hard to open. Spiders and.other insects.i all rooms, and front walk in verandah.need a railing.

Ground floor bath room fan must be replaced 1 It wasn't functioning and lots of noise and need at least 2 chairs . If possible should have a bed Side lamp for reading

When we arrived the water tap at the sink was broken and heating systems on ground floor is poor.

All good everything there we needed, we were not at the house much but it hard all that was required.

May need a new lounge, it was not very comfortable and need to change taps as cold is on hot and hot is on cold in the shower. Also one bedroom light didn't work.

Easy access, close to town, good amount of bathrooms

bbq was rusted out and it had a fly catcher hanging off the end also that was FULL of maggots, beds were noisy, floors were dirty, no air flow, recliner couch was held together with a strap and springs were broken

The location was fantastic we love merimbula

we decided to leave the house a day earlier, we just couldn't bear another sleep in those uncomfortable beds. Interestingly point (7) of your terms and conditions states that a cleaning fee can be taken from a credit card without notice when cleaning staff are required for extra work. Upon arrival we had to clean your house, which included vacuuming, mopping, dusting. Our daughter found sand in her bed, we found marks on our bed sheets. We did not use the kitchen stove, oven, range hood or utensils, in fact the range hood was dripping with oil and is a fire hazard. We had to remove spider webs and spiders from inside the house, and because the fly screens all required repair/replacement we had to broom off all the spiders and webs on the facade and windows of there house. The bathroom window doesn't even have a fly screen, so all night long we had fly buzzing on heads. Blankets etc in the cupboards were not folded, they looked liked they were thrown in. We assumed they were dirty and did not use any of them. At 2am in the morning we had to remove the smoke detector near the TV, You really need to address these issues, as it not fair on paying customers. So disappointing

Some problems with appliances and maintenance but the agent responded quickly and fixed everything we requested

The dining/kitchen facilities were very good. Ability to contact Agent when one key left in locked lower room was wonderful and they responded quickly.

Information on the property indicated one room with 2 single beds, however this was a bunk bed. Fortunately one lady was unable to go on trip, all older ladies, and not into using double bunks. Lower room with double bed & single bed - No hanging space or shelving etc. for clothing; no chair/s to sit on - just the 2 beds with shower/toilet in this room. Towards end of stay the sensor light for the lower part not working. Wardrobe in room with double bunks had "building materials/whatever" in it so not really usable. BBQ - didn't look too crash hot, didn't venture into trying it out.
