Very clean. Good location for Gangnam.
If you were to take a cab into the other parts of the city then expect traffic! The room very strongly smelt of cigarette smoke/air pollution. My window was quite stiff to shut. The layout of the shower is very annoying to use as it allows for water to spill everywhere! A new shower screen that covers the whole of the shower/bath would be an ideal solution!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very clean and great location.
Lack of storage we stayed for 8 nights, and there was no proper wardrobe or drawers. We found that you also at times had a long wait for the lifts.

The room was well cleaned. The ground floor of the hotel had Seven-Eleven in it so it was easy to get a quick cheap meal or a snack. Breakfast was good. All of the front desk staff that I spoke to were able to speak at least two languages in addition to Korean: English and Japanese.
The bathroom fan made a weird noise at one point. It went away after I turned the switch off and on though.

The location is great. Near subway station and department store
The air conditioner is central system. So it doesn’t work in winter. I couldn’t breathe. The room is not that quiet and quite small.
