This was my second stay at this hotel within three months. I chose it again mainly because of its very good location. The hotel itself is pleasant, with nice interiors, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Overall, the accommodation itself met my expectations.

The biggest downside was the service, especially during breakfast. The staff’s English is quite limited, and even basic questions sometimes need to be repeated or explained in different ways. Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., but when we arrived around 9:30-9:40, we were immediately reminded that breakfast ended at 10. About 10 minutes before closing, the staff would go from table to table reminding guests again, and at exactly 10:00 everything was taken away and the coffee machine was switched off. It created a very stressful and unwelcoming atmosphere. I completely understand that breakfast has fixed hours, but guests who arrive before closing should be able to take their food and finish eating peacefully, even if it takes an extra few minutes. On our departure day, we came down at around 6:10am 20 minutes before breakfast officially started. The staff were already there and practically everything was prepared. I only asked for a takeaway coffee, but my request was refused and we were asked to leave because breakfast started at 6:30. I found this unnecessarily rigid and not very guest-friendly. On the second-to-last day, my daughters and I actually chose to skip the hotel breakfast and go to a café instead to avoid the stress. The breakfast itself was quite average, so if I stayed here again, I would definitely book without breakfast.
