This place is central and easy to get around. The #1 stop for the hop on hop off Big Bus tour bus os just around the corner. The room was verv quiet without any street noise. The windows are double glazed on the inside so this helps. The amenities were clean and modern. with the shower having great water pressure and the hot water was very hot The kitchen was well stocked for those who wanted to cook or dine in as there was a small.fridge/freezer, a cooktop, microwave, oven. dishwasher. and a washinq machine and dryer combo. A kettle with plenty of tea bags and coffee from instant to pot coffee The bed was comfy as were the pillows. The staff were efficient with remaking the room and stocking up supplies each day This apartment is a self check in whicl but they do have someone on receptior between 9.00am - 5.30pm. We had a hire car and left it in a parking station for the 3 days we were in Edinburgh, it is 800m away from the apartment are was a fixed price of £90 for the 3 days.

If I am being picking, it would be amazing if the lift went down to the basement level where our apartment was as you have to navigate a few flights of stairs if you have large luggage like we did. It wasn't an issue for us, but that would be the only thing to consider if you book the BA#1 basement room. I would still book that room again as it was very convenient and roomy.

Hatte keinen Backofen, keinen Esstisch & Stühle, keine allgemeine Ablage im Bad, kleiner Kleiderschrank ohne Tablare. Je nach Appartement gibt es verschiedene Einrichtung.

Great unit - neat, clean, well equipped and great location.

We liked everything about this unit. Would stay again if we ever returned.

I was working in the area, so the location was ideal and my reason for staying here. Excellent central location, close to all amenities. Very clean apartment, spacious, bright, good shower and well equipped kitchen. Only saw one staff member briefly but he was very polite.

The bed and the noise. The small double bed is uncomfortable and far too small for two adults. Plenty of room for a kingsize bed in the room! The street is noisy in the evening/night so you’ll absolutely need earplugs. Bin lorry at 5:30am on a Sunday morning, and bars and restaurants on the street mean the noise is pretty constant on the weekend. I was here to work, so no sleep was a real issue. I wouldn’t stay here again, mainly due to the bed.
