Location was very nice.

Everything was fine!

One the beach , condos were close but private. The garden. The walk way.

An issue that may have been beyond their control is that the entry way smelled AWFUL, due to the garbage pile up.

Almost Absolutely Everything!! The location/area, the fully functional, well equipped beachfront rooms are to die for!!♥️

I only wished, for the rate, it was an All Inclusive Resort, with a pool and a hot tub!! This place would be booked out nightly with people!!😎

The oceanfront Beach House unit made me feel right at home! It's spacious and fully equipped, even with a Keurig (bring your own coffee ☕️ pods) This unit is also great for a group!!

I think a hot tub would be totally awesome on the balcony for a late evening soak!!🤭

The restaurant food was average at best for the price, especially the dinner menu. Breakfast was good and priced well Dinner was less than desired. Food tasted stale as well. They were out of pretty much everything Elevators and phones in rooms would be nice. Had to walk to ask for bellhop service or anything you desired

Right on the beach. Very quiet, clean and green on the inside. Wonderful staff

our apartment was cluttered with too much furniture and needed an update but I read on the website that they are gradually updating all apartments since they acquired the complex recently so I’m sure this will soon be fixed.

clean spacious rooms, prompt housekeeping, great location, calm beach. the hotel has a family vibe.

Fantastic location right on the most perfect sandy beach with the cleanest crystal clear water - and at the nice quiet end of the beach too, but easy to walk up to more restaurants , bars etc. Nice very spacious apartment with comfy beds , good WiFi and modern TV and all you need. In lovely lush well maintained gardens. Nice little bar and restaurant on the beach , with the usual food, it’s all about the same in Negril. Really lovely friendly and helpful staff .

The goat curry was full of shards of bones !

Loved EVERYTHING about it! Location was perfect and the staff was wonderful, exchanged contact information with several of the staff members and hope to remain life long friends. It was very hard to leave.

I was over all happy with our stay, however, parking was an issue, we travelled as a work group from Kingston and parking was tight. Also our room still had beach sand on the floor on our arrival which was addressed quickly by staff. Also there were no soaps or shampoos provided which shocked me and no TV not even a smart TV which is pretty common at most locations. I enjoyed my stay bed was extremely comfortable and very quiet. The beach was amazing and the restaurant/bar was very nice. Negril is an older tourist destination so it doesn’t have the modern facilities that ocho Rios and Mo Bay have but this was a very nice well kept location.

I was shocked with no TV and no shampoo provided.
