We really liked that it is close to the metro, it is clean and there is enough space in the apartment. We felt really safe as you needed keys to enter the complex of buildings. Also the neighbourhood is really friendly and we felt welcomed.
The only downsides were that there isn’t a coffee machine (we knew this from the start so we adapted, there is a coffee pot) and that there isn’t an iron, but for us these were really small issues. The sofa bed is ok, not as comfortable as the bed but we can’t complain.

"We enjoyed our stay from the host to the nice and clean apartment. Nearby grocery, restaurants, and metro. Recommended."
