The hotel locates at a quite area which is nice for a weekend getaway.

I might have too high expectations as per my experience of Park Hyatt. A bit disappointed about the breakfast they offered, same feedback from my parents, it was just so average. And one of the ladies ( short hair) we met when we just sat down that morning was not a very decent staff.

Staff were fantastic. Special thanks to 水中舞 Catherine at reception and guest services!

1. location is great: quiet, nice view of the lake, beautiful garden in the resort 2. room/resort is beautiful: well designed, nice furniture

1. service is so-so: no one will greet you in the hotel, in the garden, in the restaurant...; had to wait till 4:30pm to check in because the room wasn't ready, and there was nothing for us to do before that... 2. restaurant is not worth going: ordered 3 dishes, were told that they missed 1 after 40 minutes; a 200rmb grilled (half) chicken, still raw inside with blood; a 185rmb sandwich w/french fries, the fries were frozen! not even freshly cut! 3. the kids playground is closed overall: nice but overprice

the service was really bad. the hotel was chaotic. we had the feeling that the staff did not really meet the Park Hyatt standard. they tried to told us the level of the staff is very low because covid, but it feels like an excuse (as after covid maybe more people are out to look for a job, so is completely the opposite). the staff cannot really deal with the standard of a 5 star hotel, they do not simply understand what are the needs and the must for a client who is ready to pay such a high cost for one night in what it meant to be a luxury hotel, so a luxury vacation. also, one of the strongest point of this hotel is the swimming pool, and is crowded with little kids, I suggest to let a part of the pool just for adults. and do not allow children to go in the adults side because it made the swimming pool became a nightmare. a lot of 5 star hotels take this kind of precautions.
