NH Collection Palazzo Cinquecento

Nice staff and honest accommodation near to termini

Rooftop could have a better menu

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at NH Collection Palazzo Cinquecento in Rome! The hotel is elegant, luxurious, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect combination of comfort and Italian charm. Its location is excellent, conveniently situated near Roma Termini Station, making it very easy to explore the beautiful city of Rome and its famous attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel’s beautiful surroundings and impressive architecture made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. We would definitely love to return on our next visit!

Nothing at all! Everything met our expectations, and we were very satisfied with our stay. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and wonderful service provided by the hotel team.

Location next to the Central station was perfect for our purpose. The hotel is very new and the suite we had was large with separate lounge room and excellent light through large windows. Quality of everything was excellent. All staff were very helpful. Communications were very good. Breakfast was good. Rooftop bar and restaurant was magic after sunset. Too hot when the sun was up.

Music at rooftop restaurant was not right for the setting. Loud thumper thumper techno African themed vibe was out of place with the setting and the people we observed.

The service was really good

I think it’s too expensive for so small rooms
