It’s situated next to the train station, staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and neat. Will definitely recommend. Felt safe walking alone in the area at night as a sole traveler.

Close to the train station
Not the hotels fault but there were a few homeless people along the street from the hotel. Bit intimidating walking back of an evening

The staff were excellent, especially Emma on reception who was super personable and made checking in easy. There was a good spread at breakfast and adequate room. I got a free upgrade on my room when I checked in (thanks to Alexandra) which meant I had a very large room which overlooked the square outside. Free tours and experiences were available from reception, which was a nice touch.
The decor in the room seemed a little bit off - bright green flooring, purple furniture and off-purple walls. Compared to the other hotels I stayed in Italy this summer, it didn't quite hit the 4 star quality in terms of rooming.
Also, this hotel communicates A LOT. 5 emails and 5 text messages in the space of around 4 days demanding I check in online, wanting to know what time I'm checking out, etc. It all seemed a bit unnecessary.
