Great location, atmospheric property

It needs alot of maintenance. So many things could be done just to make it a little better. It’s more ‘rustic’ than the photos have you believe! Also oddly enough the person who let us in did not actually have her own keys to the property which seems strange but she had a card machine to take our deposit!

It's right in the heart of the city, but quiet enough to really relax. A very short walk to all the historic landmarks, the river, and lots of good food. As a vegan family we were amazed to find a vegan gelateria, vegan donut shop and a great vegan tapas & burger place (B12) within a few minutes walk. Already planning a return visit!

They accidentally took payment twice (once through Booking.com and again in person as they said it hadn't gone through). Once I double checked and emailed the Booking.com receipt the refund and apology was immediate, so no hard feelings. Worth having the Booking.com receipt to hand for all future bookings though!

Clean, great space, plenty room for bikes, amazing location, very tidy…..perfect! 10/10

location was great ! service for this property was horrible they made us wait for the place to be open and on our check out we had to wait for them to come back with the deposit . we have kids and waiting for their incompetence wasnt nice to the least .

the kitchen wasn’t stock with nothing . matress was a joke horrible horrible !!! tiles on the floor were coming out . half of toilet paper on both bathrooms . cables on one outlet were coming out . we have kids and this was dangerous to say the least . I’d definitely stay away from this place because the people that run this place .

The location was perfect for us. Very comfortable beds.

The location.

Uncomfortable. Cold. Dirty. Dangerous. These people are scammers. We had to leave the apartment early as there was no heating working in the middle of winter! The apartment was also filthy and equipped very badly. And their customer service is non existent. They don't start work until 4pm, so if there is any problems, there is no technician available to fix it! Whilst they did offer to change us to another non suitable apartment or allow a cancellation, as it was the night before New Year's eve, we would have been on the street as nothing suitable is available. Furthermore the apartment is dangerous, with broken electrical sockets hanging out of walls. Not suitable for a family. They provided no check out information. So as is standard in most apartments we left the 1 set of keys inside. They now try to charge us for a locksmith! Are we to believe this business only has 1 set of keys for each of their apartments!? These scammers should be refunding us, not trying to extort more from us!

Size of apartment and great location.

Could do with a lot more kitchen items (glasses/cups/plates etc) for a large group. There is a dishwasher but not enough crockery to use it effectively. Double the amount would be better. Lounge furniture not very comfy in particular the Bed settee is very uncomfortable to sit on.
