Location and style of apartment.
No lift for luggage, cash only property.

Location was excellent. Second floor apartment not a problem. A/C was good. Black out shades were convenient. Heard slight noise at night but no big deal for being in the heart of the city. Drying rack convenient. Good kitchen.
Not easy to find. If we were told it was the black door next to the Coffee Cafe, we would have found it immediately. The washer leaked a bit of water which was not a huge problem. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom should be removed.
