La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de trenes y de autobuses, puedes llegar caminando fácilmente. Con el pago de la habitación estaba incluida el desayuno y la cena por lo que solo debes preocuparte por el almuerzo.

Lo único que no me gusta del hotel es que nadie de su personal habla en inglés, por lo que para huéspedes foráneos que no hablen la lengua Ucraniana o en su defecto rusa ( como en mi caso) es un tanto difícil poder comunicarse, sin embargo siempre hay formas para superar esas barreras mediante la tecnología actual.

Dinner and Breakfast are included in the room fare. The hotel's lobby is quite beautiful. The restaurant has comfortable schedule to serve the included meals.

This is a nice place to stay in Kremenchuk. The room I stayed in was big and had the essentials things anyone may need in a Hotel room. By the time I stayed here, breakfast and dinner was included in the room price per night, served in their own restaurant at a comfortable schedule. The hotel is about 200 meters from the railway station you can get there walking easily.

The staff has limited english communication, it made hard for me to ask for any request.

Location is pretty convenient, just nearby the train and bus stations

Receptionist on the check in was pretty rude and wanted me to fill the registration form on my own instead of her. Wifi was impossible to use (0.1 Mbps speed and constant disconnects). Had to sleep with the clothes on, because it was very cold in the room at night. The shower had no hot water in the morning, had to wait 2 hours (and skip breakfast) before it got reasonably hot. And the last thing, one of pillows had someone's hair on it. So I doubt that pillowcase was even washed after previous guests.

Breakfast was great.
