Дуже сподобалось турботливе ставлення власниці! Неймовірна чистота! На кухні є все для приготування швидкого перекусу - посуд, продукти,спеції, напої. Гаряча вода в будь-який час доби. Велика ванна й простора ванна кімната. Дуже зручне ліжко й м'який матрац. Свіжа білизна. Оскільки це був новорічний період, в кімнаті було створено ненав'язливу святкову атмосферу - гілки запашної сосни, гірлянда. Дуже гарний відпочинок завдякі зусиллям Вікторії. Особливо вдячні за можливість раннього заїзду! Рекомендую!

The location was ideal for my two stays totally nearly 12 weeks. The trolleybus and minibus stops were within 50 meters of the building. The main shopping and business areas are within walking distance of the building. The ATb supermarket is 2-3 blocks away. The is a shopping bazaar within walking distance with an incredible variety of goods. The City Beach is within walking distance. The train and Bus stations are close and easy to get to...less than 1.5km and I walked to both of them. And last, but not least, Katerina, the hostess, was just marvelous. She responded quickly to my emails and was very helpful.

I can't think of anything worth mentioning that I didn't like

The location was perfect for my stay. The Boulevard within easy walking distance, of most everything I needed: ATb Supermarket, bank, the City Beach, embankment and park. There is also good shopping, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The electric trolleybus stops are just a few steps away from the building. The approach to the bridge that goes to the other side of the Dniper River is only about 3 blocks from the Boulevard. The main train and bus station are only about 1km from the Boulevard. Thus the Boulevard is very convenient for both tourist and business travelers. The hostess/manager Katerina is simply wonderful. She responds to questions and requests in a very timely and efficient manner. The maids were very friendly and my room was clean and orderly. I fully intend to stay at the Boulevard when I return to Kremenchuck in late October.

Well...the weather could have been better. The last two weeks were cooler and more rain than I expected. Of course that is not the fault of the Boulevard. 😀

The location was really great. Everything one could need is close to the apartment. ATb grocery store, bank, parks, City Beach, good shopping, the bridge crossing, main bus station and train depot. There are trolley stops very close by. All within easy walking distance for me. The Boulevard is truly in the city center in my opinion. And last but not least---Katerina the manager. Katerina greeted me when I arrived at 2330 and was kind enough to show me all the things I needed to know about the apartment that night. The maids came when scheduled and did a good job. Katerina will make sure your stay at The Boulevard will go well.

Ekaterina is the best hostess in Kremenchuk and I rate her 5 star in all areas of hosting. The apartment is newly renovated with brand new furniture and appliances, modern design inspired with all the needed amenities, in a great location in the center with easy and quick access to restaurants, parks, and river side walk. I highly recommend both the super hostess and amazing apartment!
