Friendliness and helpfulness of host. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking on street.
Would have preferred a slightly larger room and bathroom.

We had a 3 night stay here in Whitby. It’s a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, we had a beautiful breakfast, close location to everything, value for money, comfortable. We love the amazing views.
Lovely host, Lee was very polite, helpful & informative. We had a lovely stay here. Thankyou.
Nothing. Hotels decor is Victorian . All so lovely.

Lee was very warm and welcoming, the room was lovely and clean, the shower was really spacious, the bed was really comfortable, never have I been in a bed so high up and had to climb into it. The breakfast was amazing I had cheese and poached eggs on toast every morning with a sprinkle of paprika very well presented, lee was very witty every morning which made you laugh, will not hesitate to go again a great host.
There was nothing not to like amazing victoria house
