I liked how we were picked up on time, both ways. The transfer from airport to accommodation and back was so easy. Location was the best with an amazing view. The size of the apartment was perfect for 7 people. We had everything we need for a family holiday.

The showers were a bit fiddly to get the water temperature right. It was hard to wash the kids in there because of this. Really not a huge deal as I would still love to stay again!

valet service not suitable for two couples from different cities travelling on different flights - one couple expected to spend significant time sitting at airport on arrival or departure

There was an ant problem in the bathroom

Listening to the tides of the bay at night. This was perhaps the most beautiful view we have ever had from a holiday apartment or hotel (and we have had some great ones in Croatia, Slovenia and Hawaii)

We got off to a little false start as our instructions on arrival were misinterpreted so we waited an hour for the keys. David was fast to respond once he realised there was an issue.

The view, the location and Golf buggy to get around the Island. The unit had all the "needs" we required including heaps of room and overall good level of comfort.

Bed - Very hard and 2 sided with big "lump" in the middle - rolling towards edge. Nothing to do with the unit but HATED the fact that restaurants everywhere were "booked out" leaving takeaways as the only valid option for food. Many of the tours were same Booked out. Recommend book 2 months in advance for everything as that is what the wait was when trying to book tours and restaurants on the Island

The property was amazing. Decent sized room, comfy bed and a spectacular view that goes on forever.

Not one thing

Wonderful location opposite the beach and next to the nature walking trail which are a must to do. Very grateful to have the golf buggies to get around the Island. The apartment had everything there that we could possibly need for our stay, with a well fitted out kitchen and a bbq on the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachfront Hamilton Island. The apartment was well located with an amazing view. It was clean, well looked after and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. The apartment came with the use of a buggy which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
