Muito bem localizado, a menos de 10 minutos do centro de ponta delgada. Zona calma e boa para descansar. A Casa tinha todas as comodidades necessárias e contava com bons espaços.

A casa de banho poderia ter algum tipo de aquecimento, contudo entendo que talvez não seja necessário no Verão, fora isso tudo excelente.

Everything was perfect. The Location was good. Large parking place.

Large house, everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, there is a barbecue area, a quiet area.

Poor mattress in the room with a private bathroom (you can feel the springs), poor soundproofing

A really nice house with a lot of space (Ideal for family or a group). Very close to ponta delgada center (5-10 Min with car/scooter). There Is a supermarket 10 Min far by feet. Highly reccomended.

Fantastic house - modern, spacious, bright, perfect for a group! We were 8 people and it was enough space to feel comfortable for all of us. The outdoor sitting area is very spacious too and was nice to spend time at the evenings. The location is just great - supermarket is in waking distance; beach, city, promenade, cafes - all in minutes of access by car. The location is convinient to visit both eastern and western attractions of the island. We had a wonderfil time in this house and woild be happy to come back some time in the future!

Eveything was great.

The house is huge and clean! Big garden, very convenient for family to have meals. Many bedrooms many pillows, very quiet place. Great location with private parking. The kitchen is well equipment, dishwasher+ capsules, coffee machine, washing machine+ capsules, 2 big bathrooms with many towels. We had a great time!!

We really enjoyed, but the following things could be improved: Towels are old, no soap, no place to hang the towels. Some pans were dirty. We got just one garbage bag for 3 nights.
