The location is great. Its just 3 min walk to S-bahn. Its great for 6 people as the flat os very big. The only issue we had was with bathroom.

The apartment is quite large & nearby a suburban train station, which makes it easy to reach the center. It would in principle be great for friends visiting the city. Kitchen is well-equipped.

The state of the apartment was appalling. We could live with having difficulties entering the apartment (wrong apartment number, wrong code, etc.), but the cleaning level was simply unacceptable. Dirty linen and a suffocating amount of dust under beds and sofas. Even worse, we contacted the customer service and they sent "cleaning" service the second day. They told us they have cleaned, but it turned out they did not (they just tidied the apartment, but did nothing for the linen or the dust under the beds and sofas). We had to call them again, wasting a significant amount of time doing so. The next day (after 2 very uncomfortable nights) they finally managed to clean a bit. It has to be said that they partially refunded the first night, but the state of the apartment was simply unacceptable. My main concern is that we are not the first to write a review highlighting these aspects (not clean, difficult entrance) but the property seems to ignore the issue.

Big and spacious. Great location with plenty of amenities (train station, cafes, supermarkets etc) within minutes,walking distance. Carpark plentiful but you need to find it.

Perhaps a lock can be installed on e metal gate so that the main door can be opened to air / cool the apartment.

Beautiful, comfortable flat, conveniently located. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Very clean.

There was a problem with the warm water in the bathroom. The staff reacted quickly and provided a temporary fix and a refund. I hope the boiler is getting repaired soon though.
