C'era solo un asciugamano in camera, non c'era il bagnoschiuma, pareti sottili che si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva fuori. Receptionist spesso non presenti o dedicati a farsi i fatti propri. Avevo chiesto di fare fattura intestata alla mia azienda, fornito indirizzo completo, alla fine hanno fatto fattura intestata a me senza possibilità di rifarla. Incompetenti ed incapaci.

É um hotel prático

Os travesseiros são altos e muito duros. Prejudicam qualquer pescoço. Fui a farmácia comprar um travesseiro macio.

Great location. Carpark onsite (not affiliated with Ibis). Bed was comfortable and consistent with the Ibis brand in Europe. Breakfast was as expected with a Brazilian twist - nothing earth-shattering, but not bad either. Staff were polite and friendly.

Only 2 X bath towels - there were no hand towels. No towel rack so nowhere to dry a towel after an previous evening and morning showers. There was shampoo gel, but no body shower gel which is standard in most Ibis hotels in Europe. There were no cardboard cups in the bathroom to rinse mouth with water after brushing teeth (we had to grab a pair of glasses from the breakfast room. There were only electrical sockets on one side of the bed - no power cubes with USB / plugs available in the room though I did see them in the lobby. On the positive side, the shower pressure was good and WIFI would automatically connect after the first setup - however, internet speed was only average.

Ibis da Paulista, é com certeza o melhor lugar para ficar em São Paulo quando viajamos a passeio. A localização, o fácil acesso ao Metrô, Vários locais para tomar café, jantar, enfim aquele lugar para aproveitar a viagem.

Breakfast was terrific, full of good options and tasteful Brazilian bites. The 24h bar in the lobby area is a great help for a quick snack, refreshment, or even to relax/socialize for a bit. I would recommend this hotel if you'd like to stay for a short stay ;)

I would suggest tagging in Portuguese and English food at the breakfast and lunch catering. As I speak Portuguese and English, I helped to translate for some foreign visitors what the dishes were, so having some tags would help them a lot!

Bed was comfy and the room was a good size

Internet didn't work properly. Kept dropping and you had to reconnect every 15 to 20 mins
