Reception staff are great - remembered me from last time I stayed. I love the location - away from the hustle and bustle. I love the decor … the lights, the interior design, just gorgeous. The pool overlooking the tropical jungle is amazing!

I stayed here in 2019 and had a wonderful stay and memories of seeing ducks and their herder in the rice fields, it’s a shame there is now a new villa construction on the other side…not unusual for Bali I guess! Would be great to have a proper coffee machine, but there is a couple of nearby cafes that can meet the caffeine fix!

The property was very peaceful and relaxing, the pool/dining area is very nicely decorated with boho themes

I thought the property was great, just the location was slightly remote. however we ate a lot in Calma, the food was amazing :) Also a free shuttle service was available which was very handy

everything, its a wonderful hotel and oasis in the middle of bali caotic calm. food is quite good, the pool area is a paradise, spa arrangements and bath was lovely, a dream. i cried when I arrived 😍😍

in front of the hotel pool, at the other side of the field are doing some huges constructions (other hotels or houses) which actually doesnt allow you to calm, its quite noisy. its a pity as you cannot really be calm at the pool during the day as a huge construction noises are taking place. the hotel cant do anything about it and I would recommend to go anyway. all bali is being on construction so you probably also will find this somewhere else. we had a nice bath during the night. the massage that we booked at the hotel was not the best. the hotel is not in the center or accesible by walk from ubud. this is important to know before comimg. they offer a private free shuttle every hour.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room (as well as the bathroom) was extremely spacious and the included breakfast plentiful. We had a couple of dinners in the small restaurant which were very good as well.

The pool was a lot smaller than it looks in the photos and there were only about 5 sun lounges to sit in. It was okay for us as it wasn't very busy, but we did wonder how it will be when the place is booked out! They might possibly put out a few more, but the whole pool side area is so small it can't really accommodate a lot of people - neither can the pool itself! The beautiful outlook over the rice paddies (as advertised) was spoiled by a big building site opposite, so be aware that the view won't be as it looks in the photos either. Instead we heard quite a few building noises (saws and machinery) - luckily it's across a little valley so the noises were more distant.

The pool was too public being right in front of the restaurant. Would have loved it to be more secluded.

The staff were like family caring for us

The Segara room where we were at had an opening to the bathroom from the outside. This makes the bedroom vulnerable as there is no means of locking the whole room securely from intruders from the inside where the safe is and as we sleep. We felt insecure in that sense.

absolutely everything. Very helpfull staff. you can rent a scooter at the hotel, but also free shuttle was included. Breakfast was splendid. Gorgeous environment. some extra features as tea time were included.
